Location
85 km from the international airport of Thessaloniki in the upper third of the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula (Khalkidhiki’s first “finger”) is a village called Siviri.
Siviri is one of the most beautiful resorts on Khalkidhiki, featuring rocks, pine trees and the sea. It is a very green area and it has a lot of awesome sandy beaches, fish taverns, restaurants and bars. Beside quite a number of supermarkets and Greek art shops there are also butcher shops, retail bakeries and an amphitheater.
Siviri is famous for unbelievable sunsets with all possible and impossible gradations of red dancing in the sky.
The main cultural happening on the peninsula in summer is the Kassandra Festival, held from the beginning of July through the end of September in the Siviri amphitheater located in the forest not far from the village. The program of the Festival features many interesting cultural events like concerts, art exhibitions, theatrical performances and ancient Greek dramas.
25 km south of Siviri in the village of Lutra are sulphur springs famous for their unique healing powers. The village is surrounded by rocks and pinewood, the local broad and empty sand-and-shingle beaches create unparalleled and breathtaking landscapes.
Lutra is known for its modern SPA-center, located on the outskirts of the village rising above the sea and the village.
The Spa offers saunas, Turkish baths, swimming pools and sulpher springs. Visiting the SPA-center in Lutra is recommended for all ages not only for treatment of a lot of diseases but also for prophylactics and relaxation.
Object description
The townhouse is part of the buried in verdure complex of 11 townhouses which surround a large swimming pool. The compex is located in the pine forest 250 m (3 minutes on foot) from the unequipped sea beach. The equipped beach with bars, restaurants and shops is 750 m (8 minutes on foot) from the townhouse along the beach.
The 65 sq. m townhouse has 2 floors, a terrace with a barbecue at the main entrance and a little patio at the exit to the swimming pool on the other side.
Right at the main entrance is a reserved parking place.
The townhouse can offer a comfortable accommodation for 7 persons.
On the ground floor are a furnished lounge with a small toilet and a dining zone with a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom housing a toilet, a shower and a washing machine, and also a spacious balcony offering a beautiful view over the swimming pool and a piece of the sea. Exit onto the balcony is from the larger bedroom.
In the lounge there is a large screen TV with SmartTV functions, access to the Internet and satellite channels.
The larger bedroom has a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and 2 night-stands, a commode and a wardrobe and also a large and tall mezzanine housing a full-size single bed, the access to which is provided by a metal ladder safely fixed to the wall.
The small bedroom has a foldable double sofa, a large built-in wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs.
